Vanilla isn’t just a baking ingredient. @indianoceanbrewingco have used our natural vanilla with cacao nibs in their limited release Winter Ale, and it does the work you’d expect. That rounded, warm sweetness that lifts a malty beer without tipping it into dessert. 5.8%, brewed at Mindarie Marina.
We supply bulk vanilla extract, paste and beans to brewers, distillers, roasters and manufacturers right across Australia, all of it made at our Fremantle WA facility.
